La Little Nemo Casa d'Aste è incaricata a vendere gli oggetti affidati in nome e per conto dei mandanti, come da atti registrati all'Ufficio IVA di Torino. Gli effetti della vendita influiscono direttamente sul Venditore e sul Compratore, senza assunzione di altra responsabilità da parte di Little Nemo Casa d'Aste oltre a quelle derivanti dal mandato ricevuto.

La casa d'aste offre piena garanzia che tutti gli oggetti sono autentici e nelle condizioni descritte in catalogo.
Esposizione d'asta
La Little Nemo offre ai suoi clienti la possibilità di esaminare gli oggetti all'incanto nei giorni precedenti all'asta. Per alcune opere viene scelta la presentazione in cornice. Per i lotti in catalogo che recano l'indicazione "in cornice" il prezzo di aggiudicazione sarà comprensivo anche del costo della medesima. Per i lotti che non recano tale indicazione sarà possibile ritirarli "liberi" oppure in cornice pagando il costo della medesima. I costi delle cornici verranno chiaramente indicati al desk di accoglienza. I signori clienti possono richiedere preventivamente l'elenco dei costi delle cornici per i lotti esposti.
L'esposizione ha lo scopo di far esaminare lo stato di conservazione e la qualità degli oggetti, consente inoltre di chiarire eventuali errori e inesattezze del catalogo. Tutti gli oggetti vengono venduti "come visti". Dopo l'aggiudicazione non sono pertanto ammesse contestazioni a riguardo.
Corrispettivi d’Asta
L'acquirente dovrà corrispondere i diritti d'asta per ciascun lotto nella misura del 18% sul prezzo di aggiudicazione fino a 50.000,00 Euro e in ragione del 15% per l'eventuale importo eccedente i 50.000,00 Euro, comprensivo di Iva ed oneri fiscali. Il pagamento totale del prezzo di aggiudicazione e dei diritti d'asta potrà essere immediatamente preteso dalla Little Nemo Casa d'Aste; in ogni caso lo stesso dovrà essere effettuato entro i 10 giorni successivi alla vendita.
La fattura dovrà essere richiesta in fase di registrazione.
Aggiudicazioni in sala
Le vendite vengono effettuate al maggior offerente e si intendono per contanti. Gli offerenti vincenti non saranno autorizzati a ritirare gli oggetti acquistati fino a quando il pagamento non sarà andato a buon fine, a meno che non abbiano preso accordi con la Casa d'Aste.
Offerte per corrispondenza
Per quanti non potranno presenziare all'asta, la Little Nemo Casa d'Aste può accettare commissioni d'acquisto (offerte scritte e telefoniche) su preciso mandato. Per rendere l’ordine d’acquisto effettivo è necessario compilare per intero il modulo presente in catalogo indicando il proprio numero di Carta di Credito ed autorizzando la Little Nemo Casa d’Aste ad addebitare in caso di aggiudicazione il 20 % a titolo di acconto. Little Nemo Casa d'Aste non si ritiene responsabile, pur adoperandosi con massimo scrupolo, per eventuali errori in cui dovesse incorrere nell'esecuzione di offerte (scritte o telefoniche). Nel compilare l'apposito modulo, l'offerente è pregato di controllare accuratamente i numeri dei lotti, le descrizioni e le cifre indicate. Il modulo deve essere inoltrato in originale tramite posta con allegata fotocopia del documento di identità.
Qualora non vi fossero i tempi tecnici il cliente potra accordarsi con i nostri responsabili circa la possibilità di far pervenire la propria offerta tramite fax o e-mail, ovvero tramite (PEC). Non saranno accettati mandati di acquisto con offerte illimitate. Nel caso di due offerte scritte di pari entità per il medesimo lotto, prevarra l’ordine cronologico di ricezione. A parità di rilancio l'offerta effettuata in sala prevale sempre sulle commissioni di acquisto scritte.
Offerte telefoniche
La Little Nemo Casa d'Aste offre ai propri clienti la possibilità di essere contattati telefonicamente durante l'Asta per concorrere all'acquisto dei lotti proposti. La richiesta di partecipazione telefonica sarà accettata solo se formulata per iscritto tramite compilazione dell'apposito modulo ed inoltrata entro le ore 12,00 del giorno stabilito per la vendita. Per consentire comunque la partecipazione anche in caso di impossibilita di reperimento tramite telefono, l'offerente deve indicare la sua offerta massima sul modulo. Il servizio sarà garantito nei limiti della disponibilità delle linee al momento ed in ordine di ricevimento delle richieste.
Offerte online
La Little Nemo Casa d'Aste offre la possibilità di partecipare all’asta online attraverso il nostro sito www.littlenemo.it. La modalità di partecipazione online prevede l’iscrizione tramite apposito modulo online da effettuarsi entro le 24 ore precedenti l'inizio dell'asta. La Casa d’Aste provvederà ad autorizzare l’utente conferendogli un codice di accesso e un numero di paletta. Le istruzioni relative alla partecipazione online sono presentate per esteso sul sito. Per la partecipazione online valgono le stesse indicazioni e limitazioni previste per le offerte per corrispondenza e telefoniche. Per partecipare è obbligatorio essere maggiorenni.
Rilanci
Il prezzo di partenza è inferiore alla stima indicata in catalogo. Subito dopo sarà possibile effettuare i rilanci basati sulle seguenti regole:
Prezzo tra 1 e 100 Euro : rilancio minimo Euro 10
Prezzo tra 100 e 500 Euro: rilancio minimo Euro 25
Prezzo tra 500 e 1000 Euro : rilancio minimo Euro 50
Prezzo oltre i 1000 Euro : rilancio minimo Euro 100
Pagamenti
Il pagamento dei lotti dovrà essere effettuato in Euro nelle ore immediatamente successive alla vendita all'asta con una delle seguenti forme:

Ritiro dei lotti
Il ritiro dei lotti pagati nei tempi e modi sopra esposti potrà avvenire:
- nelle ore immediatamente successive alla vendita all'asta.
- entro e non oltre i 10 giorni successivi presso la sede della Casa d'Aste in Torino Via Montebello 2/d
- L’inoltro in fase successiva all’Asta dei lotti aggiudicati dovrà avvenire su precise indicazioni scritte da parte dell'acquirente; la Little Nemo Casa d'Aste potrà a spese e rischio dello stesso, curare i servizi d'imballaggio e trasporto.
In caso contrario spetteranno alla Little Nemo Casa d'Aste tutti i diritti di custodia e la medesima si riterrà esonerata da qualsiasi responsabilità in relazione alla custodia e all'eventuale deterioramento degli oggetti.
Le presenti condizioni di vendita vengono accettate automaticamente da quanti concorrono all'asta.

TERMS OF SALE
Little Nemo Auction House is in charge of sell the entrusted objects in the name and on the behalf of its
customers, according to the registered documents at VAT office of Turin.
The effects of the sell directly affect the Seller and the Buyer, without the assumption of other
responsibility by the Little Nemo Auction House, in addition to those resulting from the mandate.
The offered materials are best described in the catalog.
The Auction House offers a full guarantee that all items are authentic and under the conditions described in
the catalog.
Auction Exhibition
Little Nemo offers to its customers the possibility to examine the auction’s objects in the days before the
auction.
Some arts are presented in frame.
For lots that in catalog are indicated with “Framed”, the hammer price will be also including the cost
thereof.
For lots that do not carry this information, you can collect “free” or paying the cost of the same frame.
The costs of the frames will be clearly indicated to the reception desk. The customers can request in
advance a list of costs for lots exposed with the frames.
The exhibition aims to examine the conditions and the quality of the objects, also allows to clear up any
errors and inaccuracies in the catalog.
All items are sold “as seen”.
Disputes are not accepted after the awards.
Auction fees
The buyer will must pay the auction fees for each lot to the extent of 15% on the hammer price up to
50.000 Euro and because of 13% for any amount exceeding 50.000 Euro, including VAT and tax burdens.
Full payment of the hammer price and buyer’s fees can be claimed immediately by Little Nemo Auction
House, but in any case, the same must be made within 10 days after the sale.
The invoice must be requested during the registration.
Awards in room
Sales are made to the highest bidder for cash, to be considered.
The winning bidders will not be allowed to withdraw the purchased items until the payment is successful,
unless the customer doesn’t made arrangements with the Auction House.
Offers by mail
For those who can not attend the auction in room, Little Nemo Auction House can accept purchase commissions (written and telephone bids) on the precise mandate.
To make the actual purchase order, you must fill out the form in catalogue indicating your credit card number and authorizing Little Nemo Auction House in the event of the award to charge 20% as a down payment.
Little Nemo Auction House is not responsible, while striving with earnest, for any errors that would incur in the execution of offers (written or telephone).
When the form is compiled, the bidder is requested to carefully check the lot numbers and descriptions.
The original forms must be forwarded by mail with photocopy of an identity document.
If there are no technical times, the customer will be able to agree with responsible about the possibility to submit their offers by fax, mail or PEC.
We will not accept offers with warrants to purchase unlimited.
If Little Nemo Auction House will receive 2 bids with the same amount, it will be followed the chronological order.
In case of 2 bids of the same amount, one by phone and one in the room, the bids in the room will prevail on the written bids
Phone participation
Little Nemo Auction House offers its customers the possibility to be contacted on the phone during the event to direct bid to the lots. Any requirement of participation on the phone would be accepted only if
written and signed in the devoted form that has to be forwarded within noon of the day of the Auction. In order to consent the participation though the impossibility to reach the bidder on the phone, the bidder
has to indicate his/her maximum offer on the form. This service is guaranteed responding to the limit of phone lines available at the moment and following the chronological order of offer reception.
Online offers
Little Nemo Auction House offers the possibility to participate to its auction through its website. The participation requires the registration through the apposite online form within the 24hours preceding the
event. The Auction House will authorize the customer providing him/her with an access code and a number for bidding. Instructions related to online participation are completely listed in the devoted area of the
website. Indications and limits listed for the phone and mail offers legally value for online participation as well. Please notice: you must be >18 yrs old.
Raises
Base prices are inferior to estimate prices. It is possible to bid for a lot as follows:
Price btw 1€ and 100€: minimum raise € 10Price btw 100€ and 500€: minimum raise € 25
Price btw 500€ and 1000€: minimum raise € 50
Price over 1.000€: minimum raise € 100
Payment of awarded lots could be made as following:

Withdrawal of awarded lots
The withdrawal of lots, paid as explained above, shall be made as follows:
- Immeditaley after the auction
- Within and no later than 10 days after the event at the offices of the Auction House in via
Montebello 2/d, Torino
- After the auction custody of the lots acquired by any customers needs to be ruled by
precise written agreements between customers and the Auction House.
The Auction House could charge the packing services and delivery in behalf and on the expenses of the customer. Little Nemo Auction House guarantees professional packaging of the items. Lots to be shipped travel under buyers’responsibility.
Lacking any written agreement, Little Nemo Auction House will hold all the rights of custody and it will be dispensed from any responsibility related to custody and potential deterioration of the involved objects.
Please notice: Whoever decides to participate to Little Nemo Auction automatically accept the conditions
of sale.
